Biography

Prior to joining the University of Hong Kong, Derek has taught at both the City University and Open University of Hong Kong, in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Interactive Skills, and Strategy. Before launching his teaching and research career, Derek has also worked in the commercial and education sectors. His industry experience includes software development, scientific research, marketing, operations management, academic accreditation and consulting.
