Faculty of Business and Economics has invited Mr. Edwin Morris from Asia Miles Limited to share with us his story of career building and ways to leading a rewarding life. The seminar is open to all members of Mentorship Programme and Beta Gamma Sigma HKU Chapter.

About the Seminar:

We all want to be successful in life and in career, don’t we? Is there a quick and easy way to hit the road towards this goal? Edwin Morris will share his unique story of career building from an accountant to a CFO. Through his career sharing, Mr. Morris will disclose his tips climbing up the career ladder, knacks for leading a rewarding life, and keys to equipping yourselves with essential competencies to rise to the sophisticated business environment.

About the Speaker: Mr. Edwin Morris

Mr. Morris is the Chief Financial Officer of Asia Miles overseeing all aspects of financial, accounting, compliance and risk management as well as working with the Chief Executive Officer on major strategic issues related to the company.  Prior to Asia Miles, Mr. Morris was Financial Controller of Swire Properties and played a critical role in the company’s public listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in January 2012.  Having started his career with Arthur Andersen in Sydney, Mr. Morris has also worked at PwC and Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong.
